God of Grace, Mighty in Power, Mover and Maker of Mountains, I come to You.
Oh Father, teach us how to pray.  Right our wrong mindedness when we open in prayer to You.  You are not who we "think" You are. You are MORE. You are who You say You are and You say who You are in Your word. Draw us into understandings as by Your Spirit we learn what You are saying to us in Your word. By Your Spirit, cause us to "hear You" speak to our hearts writing Your word on every inch of our lives, every moment of our days and in every aspect of our ways. Make our ways for us. Make ways where we see no way.

Allow us to see Your footprints before and next to us. When we see no footprints, allow us to KNOW You are carrying us for the moment. Make us thankful, replacing all fear with devoted, dove-eyed faith. We want to live giving. We want to work, prospering others. We want to love You first, best and always in all ways.
God, thank You for Jesus and our Helper the ever present Holy Spirit Himself. As You build our faith in 2014, would You also build our worship. Teach us the new songs You have already readied and
prepared for us to sing. May we remember how You long to HEAR our SONGS, our PRAYERS and our PRAISES; that You DESERVE so much more. We ask all these things according to the matchless name of Jesus.  Amen.
