God puts down one, and exalts another.

"But God is the Judge;
He puts down one,
And exalts another." Psalm 75:7

The Bible is so many things, including for me,  a wonderful study of government.  Of how God planned government and globally, what man has made of governing.  Success or Failure patterns are so
repetitive throughout the history of mankind.  Mankind's unfaithfulness along with rebellion, greed and thirst for power plunges people groups and nations into chaos and disorder.

So, makes sense to me, that since God's in charge, leaders should absolutely seek and keep His commands in order to be successful. That they might lead according to God's plans expressed by His word. Leaders ought to ask God which way to go. Then they should listen and go by God's instructions. Leaders know, THEY don't know what's ahead, or even just around the corner and that God DOES!! Even Nebuchednezzar of Babylon recognized God was in charge as he watched Daniel's relationship with God grow over many years. Non-believers recognize God.  We also see God's judgments are followed by action. Whether we understand or believe this, it is true. Whether we believe God is real or not, does not change the fact that He IS. He is the great IAM and so much more.

Great and Good God, God of all Grace, Mercy and all Victory, we ask that daily, You prompt us to ask You how to pray for our leaders. We pray global leadership and leaders of all families come to know Your greatness, Your great and good plans for us, and that they learn, keep and follow Your word, ask You for instructions and do them. May all seeking political leadership positions or seeking to become heads of families everywhere, give their hearts to You, repent and become born again.  We want to pray mightily for our pastors, our politicians, our heads of families, all mentors, teachers and anyone in authority anywhere. Please prompt, form and inform our prayers that our leaders may follow and please You. Thank You for Your Great and Good plans for us in the matchless name of Jesus. We pray peace to Israel. Amen.

Leaders of Nations, and Leaders of Families might take note of this:
"So Saul died for his unfaithfulness which he had committed against the LORD, because he did not keep the word of the LORD, and also because he consulted a medium for guidance. But he did not inquire of the LORD; therefore He killed him, and turned the kingdom over to David the son of Jesse." 1 Chronicles 10:13-14

Godly Leaders:
Remain faithful to God.
Keep God's word.
Consult God for guidance not mediums.
