Walking POWER KEGS of Prayer. Unseen Outcomes.

All of our prayers are "power kegs" ready to go off. Informed and formed by God Himself we beg Him always to teach us how to pray then we "let it go" and watch the enemy shrink away, beaten.  May we never forget that our battle belongs to the Lord. That He cannot lose. That He continuously intercedes for us. That our prayers want to splash into the rivers of prayer already happening from the heart of our High Priest. Our prayers precede noises, thunderings, lightnings, earthquakes and life changing realities.  Prayer goes before the greatest, most powerful events. Most perfectly demonstrated by what Jesus did in the Garden of Gethsemane. Life changed forever. He became the most powerful man that ever walked the earth. Prayer prepared Him to defeat evil, defeat death and to be obedient to a Holy Plan that depended completely upon Him. He prayed, sweating blood and accomplished what is not possible for man.  Jesus did the finished work of salvation and more than we could ask or think, but prayer came first.

Gracious, great and good God, we THANK YOU for teaching us PRAYER.  Forgive us for all the times we bypass this life changing power. Teach us always, even if we don't know we need to "LEARN" and cause us to splash into the ongoing prayer from Your throne. We seek to honor You in prayer, fervently and TO NEVER PRAY AMISS. Oh God, thanks for the power kegs of prayer. Thank You for making us walking power kegs of prayer, ready to go off at any given time.  Allow us to make a difference in Your name every moment we breathe. Allow us to believe in unseen outcomes by faith, which are perfect acceding to Your will.
In the matchless name of Jesus, Amen.

"And the smoke of the incense, with the prayers of the saints, ascended before God from the angel's hand. Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and threw it to the earth. And there were noises, thunderings, lightnings, and an earthquake." Revelations 8:4-5
