Stalemates and Stalling or Prayerful Hearing and Deciding.

"I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go;
I will guide you with My eye." Psalm 32:8

How can we receive guidance from God's eye? By locking ours on His. Simple.
How can we blindly wander? By letting our eyes close Him out, looking off into the darkness, blind and confused. Looking at the Problem instead of the Problem Solver stalls us, cramming us into stalemates we just hate! Right? Yes. Happens to all of us when we leave out prayer and unlock our eyes from Christ. Confusion just doesn't happen. We volunteer for "blind wanders." Yes we do.  We must begin everything knowing we NEED LEADING. "Sheep simple" actually!!! Let's keep our sights on the Problem Solver.

God of simplicity, profoundness and confounding GREATNESS, we, Your sheep, come to You. Please form and inform our prayers. Help us keep our eyes on Jesus, our hearts open to the leading of Your Holy Spirit and our mind on our living word. May we speak words of gentleness, truth and encouragement. May we remember that a spirit of fear IS NEVER FROM YOU. A confused mind, is NEVER FROM YOU. That You provide a sound mind, an organized mind and a mind capable of thinking on all things noble, good and of excellence. You give us rest and an ordered mind. May we keep You before us, as You are right with us, and have our backs as well! You are so good. We cannot think things out rightly without prayer. Cause us to pray then think, to pray and then listen, to pray and then decide. Thanks Lord for never leaving or forsaking us. We love you. Praying peace to Jerusalem in the matchless name of Jesus.
