Making a WISE face
"Who is like a wise man? And who knows he interpretation of a thing? A man's wisdom makes his face shine, And the sternness of his face is changed." Ecclesiastes 8:1
Superiority of WISDOM
"Wisdom is better than strength. Nevertheless the poor man's wisdom is despised, And his words are not heard. Words of the wise, spoken quietly, should be heard. Rather than the shout of a ruler of fools." Ecclesiastes 9:16-17
"Wisdom is better than weapons of war; But one sinner destroys much good." Ecclesiastes 9:18
Speechmaking WARS against WISDOM
"Therefore let your words be few. For a dream comes through much activity, and a fool's voice is known by his many words." Ecclesiastes 5:2d-3

Father God, inventor of speech, hearing, language and most of all praying, How great You are! How patient You are! God, Father of Jesus, the LIVING WORD, please form and inform every prayer. We ask You simply and surely to help us utilize effectively the spiritual gift You give us all, that of self-control. Help us think before we speak and word count, making our words count.
Cause us to accomplish prayerful, thoughtful, delightful speech with truth from a loving heart. Help us word count. Let our words be few and faithful, useful and joyful. We pray peace to Israel and ask You to give us Your words as we spread the gospel today. Our leaders have become foolish seeking to sound wise, important and to become legends.
Draw President Obama into Your word, Your heart and build him in his heart of hearts as only You can. Cause world leaders everywhere to come to Your heart and receive the gift of eternal life and the ability to govern wisely. We pray against the folly and evil of war. Come quickly Lord Jesus. Until then cause us to be found with shining faces, with the sternness of frowning faces changed by You. Bless us with Your written word, written on our daily lives and lovingly spoken from or mouths. We value Your word above all others. We do not want to add to the worldwide wisdom crisis of 2014. Thank You. Amen.
