Copy God.

"Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers. And do not grieve the Holy spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you. Therefore be imitators of God as dear children. And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma." Ephesians 4:29-5:2

God of all originations, Builder of every nation, Father of the church, Head of the body, the only God it is to You we come to form and inform our every prayer, our understandings and our everyday lives.
Cause us to please Your heart today, by putting You first. Make HIM, our behavior. As we press into You, cause us to be pressed into the image of Jesus. We are crushed but not destroyed. Cause us to never, ever lose heart. When we start to become down-hearted, prompt us to know that YOU NEVER BRING OUR HEARTS DOWN, YOU ALWAYS LIFT US UP. Cause us to remember the origins of hope and despair, of evil and good, of black-heartedness and pure-heartedness and so on! You never bring the spirit crushing. You build. You rescue. You repair. You restore. You renew.
Forgive our weak moments and replace them with new strength by the power of the blood and the washing of Your word. Help us behave like Jesus and do Savior Behavior. Never stop training us to ACT SAVED, COPY YOU and DISPLAY ETERNAL LOVE. Only You can do this in us. It's all we want, to be like Jesus. Impossible to happen without putting You first in all we think, do, say, feel and want.
We pray peace to Israel in the matchless name of Jesus. Amen.
