NOW KNOW THIS, God cares about our understandings, passionately….

God was so passionate about Israel, hearing but not understanding, seeing, but not perceiving, developing dull heartedness, heavy ears, and shut eyes as we're told in Isaiah 6. Then in 2 Timothy 3-5 we're told, "But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come; For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving slanderers, without self control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than LOVERS of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!" YES AND AMEN! He wants us to turn into His word, pronto!
What's hard about the election is that both remaining candidates, one of which will be president, display many of these warnings. "Woe is me!" Truth is, so de we. Each of us is capable of displaying one or more of these traits daily, such as disobedience etc. These two candidates, represent Americans, including our excellence and the deplorable aspects of America. One is not mutually exclusive of the other in God's eyes. All have sinned and fallen short! So, we turn away from sin, and turn toward Him. HIS WORD REVIVES, MOTIVATES and SAVES FROM SIN.
We do not trust our hearts, but His. We seek His choices on every ballot, follow His voting guidance and do not abdicate this responsibility. Christians must turn out the vote! The lives of the unborn are at stake, with Hillary Clintons aggressive stand on abortion and other godless views, views she's developed outside of God's word. We serve God, obey His word and understand we are kids of the King, and do the right thing in His name, neither accepting or giving, others the blame!
