GOOD SHIP, LORDSHIP....A WITNESS, OF WITHNESS!

A little "Scheduling-Grenade" was thrown into my plans, blowing them up for a moment. Scheduling-Grenades, momentarily, sink my plans. In response, I went right into today's Bible reading, Matthew 8:23-27. Asleep in the boat, Jesus awakes to terrified disciples, struggling against the wind and seas. The great point I take away, is, He was WITH the disciples! They know He's God, yet they freak out. Jesus responds to them, by returning them to rationality. He asks,"Why are you fearful, oh you of little faith?" Then he rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm. The disciples learned a trust lesson, needed by all, to this very day.

Another great takeaway from this passage, is to PRACTICE HIS WITHNESS and Witness His Withness, by Walking With Him. We are to be prayer aware, that the world watches our walks. Wordwalking keeps us from rocking the "faith-boat" and gives us a fear cancelling, WITNESS to others, whom might be fielding their own little Scheduling-Grenades! He loves us so much, He'll never leave or forsake us! HE WANTS TO BE WITH US ALWAYS! WHAT A SAVIOR! It's a good thing He's always with us, for without Him, we could do nothing. He wants us to Savor His Withness. Savoring the Savior's Withness, reminds me of Jeremiah 15:16, "Your words were found and I ate them, And Your word was to me the joy and rejoicing of my heart." This is what our Savior wants us
to Savor and enjoy!

We are what we eat, after all!

Today, rest in the word, believe it. Lean into it. DON'T go into your own understanding. Own God's Terms, placing His word before all, knowing He's the Word, walking with us! Scheduling-Grenades strengthen spiritual muscle or blow them up! Use interruptions for spiritual growth, or stunting. How we respond is our choice. Respond by faith, and not by sight, walking with Him, day and night.

Thank You Jesus, for Your Presence, and for turning, whatever the enemy presents to harm us, into Body Building Biblical Muscle! In the All Mighty name of Jesus, Amen!
