FOLLOW ME, or not.

"Follow Me," Matthew 9:9, is not a request.

We must decide to put Him first, before all else, or else….we're in the lead. How wise is it to plan without His leadings?

There seems to be such an emphasis on LEADING today. Leadership conferences for men and women, when what matters most, is that we, FOLLOW HIM. That we are found faithful and following Him. Not intending to follow Him after we've already scheduled Him out of our busy calendars with No time to pray, to attend Bible study or seek to serve others by volunteering for, in and by Him.

God help us keep You first; hear Your voice; see You clearly and up close up so we may follow You closely. Help us to know Your word, so lies are immediately exposed. Cause us to notice all impostors, wolves and subtle, yet false leadings. Thanks for Shepherding us forever. We see that we need You, now more than ever. Amen.
