Spiritual Warfare Strategies to Defeat the Devil

"We cannot fight to win, when we ignore the war. The enemy is His, the devil, who fights against us, trying to wound Him, by hurting us. God wins."  Cindy Papajohn

"Pre-ocuppied with what the devil is doing? Don't forget God is working in the midst of all of it."

"Holy Living silences the enemy."

"Expel doubt by bringing light into the darkness."

"Trust without Borders. Wait in Faith."

"Apostolic boldness with the gospel, brings down empires."

"Are we intimidated or are we influential?"

"Work while it is day."

"Evil is imperialistic."
"We must stand, stop and face it. Whenever you see the devil, have a shot at him."
(Brian quoting Spurgeon)

"Call Sin, Sin."

All the preceding quotes were from notes I took on Pastor Brian Brodersen's Sunday sermons. Brian is a noted expert on Spiritual Warfare having studied and written some wonderful books on the subject.

"Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit says the LORD of hosts. Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain! And he shall bring forth the capstone with shouts of "Grace, grace to it!"" Zechariah 4:6-7

God of all greatness, all goodness and all grace, we seek to wield the power of grace right into the face of all evil. Help us shout grace to every mountain and watch it be moved by Your Spirit. Please help us walk right up to our personal mountains and shout grace to it. We believe Your word is all powerful and ever able to move and remove every mountains. We pray for Your timing and will. We prayerfully prepare to wear Your armor daily. Confirm Your battle maps to us. As we train in Your word and receive instruction on every spiritual weapon available to us, remind us that the battle is real, invisible and spiritual in nature. Remind us that we cannot fight effectively using carnal weaponry. Keep us armed and dangerous in Your word, with Your word and by Your word. We seek to win in Jesus, for His sake. We pray peace to Israel. Amen.
