Relative to Verbal Battles over words used in a conversation, do we Accuse or Excuse? Who is our Accuser, and who is our Excuser? Who do we serve?

We accuse from a selfish, hurt place and we excuse from the other's oriented grace place.
Every war, personal or global, starts with overt attack, or accusations of offense and ultimately taking offense at someone or something. This results in self defense, choosing sides, usually completed by ugly words and hurtful acts. Accusing is a dangerous place because God is not in it.
Choosing to excuse or choosing to accuse. Who is our excuser, and who is our accuser? Best to choose to excuse pretty quickly these days!
Revelation 12:10 Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, "Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night has been cast down…
Revelation 12:12b For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time."

Father of all of us, Hearer of our hearts before they utter words, Knower of our intentions, Forgiver of our wrong choices, we repent and ask to live without malice.  Increase our faithful humility to know we are all sinners, flawed and able to accidentally hurt others with our words. Increase our wisdom to know when we are overly sensitive and misunderstanding.  Increase our humility to know when we have accused others and gone way over the top with our accusations. Give us knowledge to know that our taking offense does more harm than good. We ask that hurtful hearings, unfortunate word choices made under stress, are excused and not formed into accusations attached to condemnations.
God, cause believers that miscommunicate to shout grace to it and excuse it as they have also been excused. That You love both the same, equally. That all have sinned. That there is NO special place for playing the victim. That all those emotional games are a waste of Your time. Please cause people to repent from the cruelty that often results from trying to punish a perceived victimizer. Keep us reminded that the only innocent man who was truly innocent of all, we punished with death on a cross, because our sins held Him there. That You have no sin meter. That You judge. You, and only You are able to judge which is one great reason that helps me understand, why You tell us over and over, not to judge one another. Only You have the accurate take on the issue, and know what is in the future and all that will come to pass.
Please restore the time the locust has eaten once again. You are so good. We know the devil knows his time is short and has never been more angry. Cause us to be wise to his attempts to disrupt the harmony of the brethren. Amen.
