"Thou He slay me, yet I will trust Him." Job 13:15
Hopelessness, downheartedness, disappointment and fear are not unknown to any of us. In other words, we have all experienced moments, seasons and times of such unrest. God doesn't ask us to figure it out. He asks that we trust Him, His instructions and call upon the obedience of Christ to accomplish His advice and or commands. He does not ask us to fix it and then come back to Him. No. We are to stay in Him. Stand firm on the promises. Give Him our down hearts, disappointment and hopeless feelings all the while realizing those things were NEVER FROM HIM. We have accepted those things flung toward us by our enemy, Satan himself in an effort to BREAK OUR TRUST.
"For with God nothing will be impossible." Luke 1:37
"But He knows the way that I take;
When He has tested me, I shall come forth as gold." Job 23:10
"The refining pot is for silver and the furnace for gold,
But the LORD test the hearts." Proverbs 17:3
Forgive, Father, our unbelief that is in full operation when we depart from Your instruction. Thank You that there is not now any condemnation for those of us in Christ Jesus that walk according to the Spirit and not of the flesh. We miss the mark and go fleshly sometimes. So sorry God. Thank You that Your mercy triumphs over judgment and that Your mercies are new every morning. Oh how undeserving we are of Your mighty grace and how needy we are of Your loving face watching over us, unbroken and always. Thank You for causing us to trust and entrust all things to You. Thank You Father for never leaving or forsaking us. We pray peace to Israel. Amen.
"I know that You can do everything and that no purpose of Yours can be withheld from You." Job 42:2
