A Simple SOULution for Sin. Trust and Obey.

God's way or My way? Yahweh or My way? This Struggle is Tiring, Exhausting and has a Simple SOULution, Trust and Obey, there is no other way.

First of all, never follow your own heart anywhere.  Follow His heart everywhere.

Heart straying is Disobeying.
Heart straying is Exhausting.

Heart strayers receive no peace, joy, approval or rest.
Heart obeyers (of God's heart) have all the best and perfect rest!

How do you know if your heart's astray? Get to the root of it, by asking God, to show you what He sees in your heart. He will, right away. Usually for me it's "self-trust" instead of trusting His heart.
You know if your heart is straying if you have not heard from God lately. You are deaf to Him.
You know if your heart is straying when you have decided not to listen to God's voice. You are rebelling. You know if your heart is straying when you harden your heart because of unbelief. You are in sin. I really think we "hear" things with the ears of our hearts. Things that are not said with words and are made known by and in the Spirit. The unseen reality is not necessarily the unheard reality.

Christians deal in the real. We don't live in a concept, thought or dream. We deal in the real and all it's dimensions, seen and unseen, heard and silent and the reality that is, was and is to come. I truly believe the reality of God is the most awesome fact of life, which makes living an eternal adventure and dying an impossibility due to the victory Jesus accomplished on the cross. Eternity is without end, for real!
Death has lost its sting. This comforts me no end, when I hear of the executions and butchering of Christians. They are moved instantly to heaven, to be with Him, eternally. They are now more alive than ever. This is what I believe is real by what I read in God's very real, eternal word.

What is the relief for unbelief? Repent. Believe. Psalm 51 helps me repent.
Repentance will soften your heart. You will find perspective which you lost. God will move you into forgiven righteousness immediately. You will know when you are about to have a straying heart and will be able to redirect it immediately because you are trusting God's heart and not your own heart.

Straying is Sinning. Deciding to turn a deaf ear to God, is Sinning. Simple.

Our Action steps toward the SOULution: "Hear Him and Soften your heart"
"Today, if you will hear His voice,
Do not harden your hearts." Hebrews 4:7b
AND
"He who trusts in his own heart is a fool,
But whoever walks wisely will be delivered." Proverbs 28:26

My Simple SOULution to  my disobedient heart:
"Trust in the LORD with all your heart
Lean not on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge Him
And He will direct your path." Proverbs 3:5-6

Maker of all hearts, Designer of all Souls, Igniter of all Spirits, Author of all Goodness we come to You to form and inform this prayer. We confess that we decide to harden our hearts. This deafens us to Your "heart-speak" which we find continually available to us by the Person of the Holy Spirit Himself and by the Living Word, our Jesus. So we see, we are left without excuse. Thank You. Cause us to HOLD NO PART OF OUR HEART BACK FROM YOU.  Please occupy our hearts entirely, purifying and cleansing them along our way. God, we want live pure heartedly for You. We want others to see You lived out of us. We want everyone in You, Your word and walking saved. God make us useful to salvations today. Help us point to You as the SOULution to all our problems. We thank You for every trial You choose for us. May we grow in spirit. Help us provide others with ways to, "see You walk us through our trials." May our messes be turned into messages and our tests into testimonies of YOUR GREAT FAITHFULNESS. We love and need You LORD. We pray peace to Jerusalem and ask Your deliverance for persecuted, tortured, imprisoned and suffering Christians globally. Maranatha. Amen.
