T R U T H = J E S U S. Are we really asking for truth, or to be told things that are God's business and not ours?

Our pastor's family is  involved in a family lawsuit, which has now been made public.
Today, we're hearing from Christians, "I don't want to know anything other than what the truth of this matter is." Really? I don't think that is what we are saying. I think we already have the truth. We have Jesus who is over whatever we are under, before wherever we are going and by the Holy Spirit Himself, Indwelling us all, our Savior, Friend and Lord. The truth is immediately accessible to us.

TRUTH is Jesus, who is readily available to every believer, ready to advise and lead through anything.
"I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." John 14:6

DECIDING to forgive goes beyond forgetting the sin, and imitates Him. We are to forgive the hurt, remembering Jesus already did that on the cross. WILLFULLY FORGET the sins. We are to forgive. FORGIVENESS IS BEYOND FORGETTING. It begins with a decision. In order to imitate God, we must decide NOT TO REMEMBER THOSE SINS. "I, even I, am He who blots out your transgressions for My own sake; And I will not remember your sins." Isaiah 43:25

PRIVACY matters to God, for our own good.
Surely God loves every believer. He allows us to sue one another but commands us: "Don't go hastily to court; For what will you do in the end, When your neighbor has put you to shame? Debate your case with your neighbor, and do not disclose the secret to another; Lest he who hears it expose your shame, And your reputation be ruined." Proverbs 25:8-10

GOD'S PERSONAL FAMILY BUSINESS is not our concern.
Believer, if the TRUTH matters to you, pray for those embroiled in family legal problems to decide to forgive, repent, reconcile and rejoice in His forgiving love and much higher, ways. God is present and working His will, His way.

LESSONS
God is impartial. Imitate that.
God is unconditional. Imitate that.
It's good and humbling to remember that not every question we ask Him, is given to us by Him. Yet He allowed us to ask misleading questions. Misleading questions may be from hell itself.

God we thank You for all we do not know, that You are the only judge, that You give us the ability to live, abide and decide for Truth, to follow Truth and to follow Jesus always in all ways. Help us please Your heart in all we think, do and say, forming and informing us how to pray. So, Father, thank You for forgiving our loveless arrogance when we judge matters that are not our business. Help us respond to believer lawsuits Your way. You allowed them. Help us move through them, missing no lesson or blessing. Make us PRAYER AWARE, that we not DARE enter in to the strategies or plots of the wicked one, without knowing it. Humble our question askings. We pray peace to Israel, asking all these things in the matchless name of Jesus. Amen.
