Lord, please drown out all voices competing for our attention. In the silence, we often hear enemy lies and are thankful we can identify him through the magnification of Your word. Memorizing Your word, causes us to notice the devil, Your imposter, almost immediately. His voice is easily recognizable as our Accuser, Abuser and Spirit Quencher. Yet still, the enemy often barrages us with lie after lie, pressure after pressure and tries to dampen our faith almost continually. Help us recognize the war, the battle and the good fight. Cause us not to shrink, but grow in strength of faith to fight the good fight, and run the race with joy. We want to live in the victory You've already won for us through Jesus, today.
There is goodness in fighting for faith, as You fight for us while we keep silent. Exodus 14:14
God thank You for fighting, shielding and providing protective armor for our daily life. That we can spread the gospel like,"little Christs in battledress," sent out to win hearts and souls for You. Thank You for the "prayer baths," we can take at any moment. Cleansing our thought life helps us see more clearly and love more dearly. We fight on from our knees, in the silence of morning Bible study, training, equipping and learning Your battle plans for today. We pray peace to Israel in the matchless name of Jesus. Amen.
