Clinging to Life.

In the face of death we cling to life, His.

Clinging to Life. Here's who we cling to, Jesus. He is present within us, and we are in His heart.
How Joy-us, Glory-us and Tremendo-us is the Presence of our LORD?

Whatever our inability, He is able, present and working all according to an eternal plan we've yet to see. May we be found faithful, watchful and prayer aware. He is continuously working, whether we see it or not.

Today, we learned of a family member whose 45 year old wife, shockingly, suffered a fatal heart attack in her sleep. She woke up in heaven. Her husband woke up clinging to Jesus, because Jesus was right there with them both. In the face of death we cling to life, His. He's got a grip on us and won't let go, ushering us right into heaven when our days are through. We cling. He won't let go. He won't let go.

Father, help us CLING to You, Your word, Prayer and Belief. We are blessed to know,  that the grip that really matters is YOURS, that You will never leave or forsake us. You are our all. May we come to You first, for all, for always in all ways. We love You and need You more each day. Thank You for Your presence, Your word, Your thoughts and ways which are higher, holy and toward us! Help us cling only to You, Your word and to depend on our Helper, the Holy Spirit Himself. You never leave us helpless or hopeless. You never leave us. Thank You that we can come to You with everything. We pray in the precious name of Jesus our Savior and Friend. Amen.

Let's be found "faithing" today, clinging to Jesus, our Best, Ever Present Friend and Trustworthy Savior. Jesus, Jesus, Jes-us our God!!!  (FAITHING IS A VERB…a made up verb, but a verb just the same!)
