BOUND to Him or to Sin……God will bind Satan one day for a 1,000 years….

Hosanna, Hosanna in the highest….

"And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven." Matthew 16:19 These were some parting thoughts from Jesus to the apostles that got me to praying and to pondering. 

So, to me, am seeing Matthew 16:19 to say, whatever we bind on earth will be bound in heaven; so be bound to scripture and gospel spreading. I'm hearing that what we're bound to, we do. It's key to be bound to Him, to the word that we do gospel spreading. So what's done here, echoes in heaven - Done here, Echoes there. The closer or tighter we hold to the gospel and gospel spreading, the more time we spend with Him in prayer, drawing closer and closer to Him, it is these practices, choices and actions we take here on earth, will be evident when we go to heaven. The idea is to be bound to spread the gospel, be bound to the word of God, be compelled to, and tied only to HIM, as I understand it. We're bound to Him or we're bound to sin." I choose Him.

So, binding Satan, is God's promise. It's in His job description, and is yet to happen, in His time.

I see that God will do the binding, the actual deactivation of Satan. We are to develop bonds to Him, His word, and spreading the gospel. Being bound to Him, allows us to be heaven Bound!! 

Revelation 20:1-3 "Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, having the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. He laid hold of the dragon that serpent of old, who is the Devil and Stan, and bound him for a thousand years, and he cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal on him, so that he should deceive the nations no more till the thousand years were finished. But after these things he must be released for a little while."

Father God, Author of everything, Giver of Your Son Jesus, the Living Word, WE ASK IN HIS NAME TO BE BOUND TO HIM FOREVER AND ALL THAT MEANS. Please form and inform all our prayers. We know nothing except Jesus and Him crucified, died, was buried and was resurrected.  Please, build our Easter time so that it is more enlightened, more loving and more effective for the kingdom than ever. We love You and thank You for the Person of the Holy Spirit Himself, our Holy Helper. Please help us serve You, brightly this Easter. May we become more holy and more mindful of our blood soaked Jesus. Thank You for this sober time for saving lives. Please enable us to evangelize rightly, reliant on the resurrection power which raised Christ. We seek to be made able to strongly and lovingly, point the sick and dying to Hosanna. We pray peace to Israel. We pray Jesus to Israel, in His matchless name. Amen.
