The DESTROYER our ACCUSER, can be OVERCOME

"All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" Romans 3:23
Jesus put our Accuser down. "Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, "Now salvation and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death. Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time." Romans 3:10-12

Overcoming Satan, our Destroyer and Accuser
1) By the BLOOD of the Lamb, Satan's defeat happened at the cross and we stand in that victory.
2) By the WORD, of their testimony that Jesus is our Lord and as we submit to Him and obey Him, Satan is unable to control our lives.
3) Live for Him, or Live for Sin, choose wisely.

American politicians display immoral, unethical values with each accusation of crime, that has not been committed. The constant repetition of such conspiratorial attacks, does not legitimize them, or delegitimize their targets. Unfounded accusations and conspiracies to destroy, are the domain of the devil. They are not unnoticed by God and the brethren in Christ. We see the accusations for what they are, an assault against God's anointed leadership, against those duly elected, and the clear choice of the people. Believers know, God is in ultimate control of raising up, and bringing down, leaders of all nations. Followers of Christ pose a direct threat to corrupted power mongers. Biblical history, repeatedly demonstrates, such political power struggles, are nothing new. There are good leaders and evil leaders. The good leaders seek to do what is right in the sight of God, the corrupt, do what is right in their own sight. Corrupt leaders, do not cease efforts, to stay in control. When the corrupt are faced with an uncorrupted leader, they fear him/her and devise plans to destroy, him/her.

America has a elected a leader who has never been elected to office, is new to politics, and is thus far, uncorrupted by politics. Americans understand corruption and therefore voted for a non-politician and against a corrupt lady politician, to date, uncharged with her many crimes! America's Justice Department is also corrupt. Our President, along with friends, associates and family have all been accused of being Russian agents, committing imaginary crimes, for imaginary reasons.  Yet no crimes have been charged against them. Meanwhile they have accomplished great moral victories, such as the appointment of a righteous judge, Neil Gorsuch, to the Supreme Court.

We are in a post truth era, where people devise their own truth to explain themselves and their values. In Biblical days, many leaders/people were described as those, who did what was right in their own sight, with no thought of God. I thank God that we have an apolitical leader, whose faith in God, is more evident to America and the world, every day. To be sure, our President's lack of political corruption and experience, is also on display! His authenticity as a flawed man, is reminiscent of King David and the many flawed leaders, God raised up, throughout history.

For now, God allows Satan to be the prince of this world, that human kind might have time to have a clear choice between right and wrong, evil and good, sin and forgiving salvation. As horrific events happen, it's good to remember, Satan knows his days are numbered. The devil is no doubt is stepping up his hellish attacks against TRUTH and humankind, because he knows, "he has a short time." (Romans 3:12)

We overcome in Jesus. We fight on in Jesus. We intercede for our leaders in Jesus.

Father in heaven, we are so thankful for our risen Savior, our friend and leader, our Servant King, Jesus. May our Citizen President Trump, continue to fight back in righteous service to Your agenda for America, Lord God. Please keep him away from all that is corrupt, and use him to drain the swamps and help him enact, all Your plans for America. Please bless his whole family and all You have and will place, in his administration. Give them ears to hear You. Cause them to become stronger, in You. Cause them success in leading others to You. Please bless them with increased faith, resolve, love, boldness to overcome in Jesus. Cause us to pray, "Father-formed and informed prayers," that we may not pray, amiss. We want our prayers to splash into Your Son's constant intercession and advocacy for us, His own. It's in Jesus' name we pray these things, also asking You to bring peace to Israel. Amen.
