Fear Mongers will be crushed by the Faithful and True. WE SEE the Day approaching…..

We have been given His mind.
"But we have the mind of Christ." 1 Corinthians 2:16b
Pastor Chuck's Bible footnotes indicate that the mind of Christ means we are emptied of self and submitted to God's will and purposes. That this is having the mind of Christ.

We have been given His work to accomplish.
"each one's work will become clear; for the Day will declare it, because it will be revealed by fire; and the fire will test each one's work of what sort it is. It anyone's work which he has built on it endures, he will receive reward. If anyone's work is burned, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire." 1 Corinthians 3:13-15
Reminds me of a famous quote: "we've only one life, which will soon be passed, only what's done for Christ will last." I've also learned over time, that sustained trials test trust and that our faith is the target.

We have been personally given The Holy Person to indwell and help us. This is His Holy Spirit, the third Person of the trinity.
"Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy which temple you are."
1 Corinthians 3:16-17

We have been warned and advised as to how to walk, imitating Paul, who imitates Christ. 1 Cor 11:1
"And we labor, working with our own hands. Being reviled, we bless; being persecuted, we endure; being defamed, we entreat. We have been made as the filth of the world, the offscouring of all things until now. I do not write these things to shame you, but as my beloved children I warn you."
1 Corinthians 3:12-4:1

Father of all, who wants none to perish and is mighty enough to save the world, we come to You to inform and form this prayer.  This planet has been under the power of the prince of the power of the air who has promoted deception, destruction and is now executing Christians and others by beheadings, crucifixions, being buried alive and worse. The enemy is seeking to instill FEAR by these atrocities and to win control of the world. We respond in FAITH and prayerfully seek the salvation of our enemies.  God we ask increased measures of faith to bathe our warring world. Please equip the Christians to demonstrate Your all powerful love, forgiveness and eternal promise of forever with You. Help us KNOW we are to serve YOU who is bringing all things to pass. Keep us CHEERFULLY COURAGEOUS by unwavering faith, eyes permanently focused on You and hearts purified by Your sacrificial blood. Help us remember all You've gone through for Holy oneness with You forever.
We pray peace to Israel, peace to the families of the recently executed and that You come quickly. In the matchless name of Jesus and for His sake. Amen.
