PRAYER IS A VERB.
PRAYER IS A VERB.
I love power. My God is all mighty. I love Him. He empowers, forms and inhabits our prayers. He indwells us. Resurrection, raise the dead power, resides within believers, impartially and unconditionally. Prayer wields fatal blows to evil. Prayer yields healthy harvests of new believers. Prayer fields all incoming attacks. Without prayer we succumb to enemy attacks we often do not see coming. Prayer answers surprise attacks with stratagems straight from the Fighter of our battles, and the Designer of each outcome. Our all mighty God, cannot lose. His victories are often invisible for a time. We are not equipped or asked, to judge God's work! We are commanded to follow Him all the way, through all, all the time!
Each of us has a choice, to surrender all and stop every personal power struggle against God's will, or to fight God. This is profoundly important, and not easy in the heat of personal battles of our selfish wills or wont's! Faithfulness is a life long practice in relationship with the life giving Father who is the only Lover of our Souls, even when we fail and sin. Ours is to keep short sin accounts. Short sin accounts and not feed, develop or surrender to sinful choices. We are to repent, not repeat by trusting and obeying His heart for us. The choice is ours. The power is His.
The book of Nehemiah is teaches so many nuances. Rebuilding and defending the wall requires game or stratagems. Walls restrain attacks. We are to take action and build a wall of faith that cannot be breached by fear! But no worries, if a brief fear, breaks through the wall, Jesus is with us, as Repairer of the Breach. Repair is an important aspect of wall maintenance. So, thankfully, God does all necessary repairs perfectly, as He, Himself has allowed each breech, each test of faith and thereby, grows us. He trains prayer warriors to stay spiritually fit and to fight with strength and determination.
He will inform our prayers to match up with His continual intercessory flow. Our God cannot fail. We are enlisted and activated, directed by prayer and the power of His wisdom, which is ours for the asking!
